Tavinder Phull is Vice President of Community Health for Mass General Brigham. In this role, Tavinder leads the design and implementation of the Mass General Brigham strategy for integrated Community Health Programs focused on reducing health inequities and achieving measurable improvements in community health outcomes. In addition to her community health work, Tavinder is an entrepreneur and co-founder of a woman and minority-owned consumer product company called Rhoost. Rhoost is focused on bringing high quality, all-natural baby grooming and ease-of-use baby safety products to parents and caregivers and has been recognized with best product awards by baby experts, including being featured on the Martha Stewart Show and in Bon Appetit Magazine. Tavinder received her BA from Boston University, MPH from Tufts University, and MBA from Babson College.
