On September 16, 2016, MPHA and the MetroWest Health Foundation held a forum in Framingham on the controversial ballot initiative to legalize and regulate marijuana in Massachusetts (Question 4). More than one hundred people attended the forum discussion on the public health and criminal justice implications of the ballot initiative which included both proponents and opponents of the ballot initiative.
