MPHA is excited to welcome back Michele McQuillen, now working as our Events Manager. Previously Michele worked with us as the Financial and Administrative Manager (2009-2011) and worked as a Conference Coordinator, running the Western Mass Elder Care Conference. Prior to coming back to MPHA, Michele was the Financial and Administrative Manager for the Boston Junior Eagles and has worked part-time as a Legal Assistant to a Needham real estate and tax attorney.
Michele volunteers significant time to her Alma Mater, Georgetown University, as an Alumni Admissions Interviewing Chair for the Boston Metro area and as a Volunteer Class Chair for the 20, 25, 30 and 35th Reunions. Michele worked previously as the Director of Development at St. Joseph Schools from 1998-2001. She has also run several major fundraising dinner/auctions for high schools and other organizations. Michele developed the Holiday House Tour in Needham, MA into a “signature event” and a major fundraising source for the Needham Women’s Club.
Prior to working in Development and Administration, Michele had 15 years of experience in Human Resources in recruiting, employee relations, college recruiting, outplacement, employee orientation and training. She worked for several Fortune 500 companies. She has an MBA from Marquette University and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Michele lives in Needham, MA with her husband and has three daughters.
