MPHA is glad to welcome Jodaelle Racine as our policy intern for fall 2015. Jodaelle recently graduated from Simmons College where she majored in Nutrition/Dietetics. She currently works as a nutritionist for W.I.C. where she provides nutrition counseling for mothers and their children and/or infants. After graduating from Simmons, Jodaelle decided that in addition to providing nutrition counseling she would like to broaden her horizons to include social and environmental factors affecting the nutrition of underserved populations. She sought an internship with MPHA to get a feel for the field of public health and the role it plays in healthy food accessibility for the underserved. She hopes to learn a lot at MPHA. Welcome, Jodaelle!
